Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification required.
• Strong patient care and communication skills preferred.
• Nursing assistant or medical assistant certification is a plus.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the professional RN in patient care and safety.
• Help patients with activities of daily living.
• Greet patients and respond to family requests promptly.
• Document and communicate patient data to the nurse.
• Prepare rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support patient mobility and comfort under supervision.
