Job summary

• Ability to read/write and perform basic math.

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform vital signs, height/weight, and intake/output recording.
• Provide meals and personal care assistance to patients.
• Support nursing staff with procedures and administrative tasks.
