Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/write and perform basic 4 function math.
• Basic computer skills preferred; medical terminology preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CNA certification preferred but not required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs (height/weight, SpO2) and report any unusual observations to the nurse.
• Collect specimens for analysis and document intake and output.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities for patients.
• Perform basic clinical procedures underRN supervision as trained.
• Assist with nutrition needs and room-service setup, including meal trays and feeding.
