Job summary

Requires GED or HiSET, BLS and CNA certifications, and at least one year of patient care experience.

Qualifications

• GED or HiSET is required.
• At least one year of patient care experience.
• BLS certification and CNA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care to patients under RN supervision.
• Monitors vital signs and records measurements and weights.
• Assists with dressing changes and basic procedures per policy.
• Performs Point of Care (POC) Testing).
• Assists in patient care and ancillary services as directed.
• Communicates effectively with patients and team; ensures safety and emergency readiness.
