Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• 6 months of inpatient/outpatient direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate observations to the RN promptly.
• Provide constant observation for high‑risk patients as assigned.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support patient safety and proper body mechanics in all tasks.
• Assist with treatments and prepare equipment as needed.
• Observe and document patient intake and outputs.
