Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and coordinates non-direct patient care on the inpatient unit.
• Documents vital signs, I&O, intake/output, meals, and treatment details in the EMR.
• Supports RN with care of acutely ill patients and participates in safety and hygiene initiatives.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers and maintains unit cleanliness and supplies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned or required.
