Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in our office and Ambulatory Surgical Center. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, assist with pre-op and recovery, and support patient flow throughout procedures.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, recording medical history, aiding with forms, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and infection control.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and MS Office software.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work with doctors, staff and the public.
• Able to work flexibly and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist with pre-op, recovery and discharge processes.
• Support patient flow and accuracy of scheduling.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control and OSHA standards.
• Take vital signs and record medical history.
