Responsibilities

• Demonstrates skill in observing and communicating patient needs and reports changes to the nurse.
• Provides direct patient care and participates in patient care routines.
• Performs decentralized laboratory testing as credentialed, collecting specimens and performing tests per policy.
• Completes non-therapeutic tasks as assigned by nurse manager/designee.
• Relocates and rotates to meet patient care needs as observed by supervisor.
• Completes skills checklist.
