Qualifications

• BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• CNA or CPCT certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment
• Records vital signs and other patient data and reports to RN/LPN/LVN
• Supports patients with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort
• Assists with patient positioning and use of mobility aids
• Collects urine/stool samples and performs blood glucose monitoring per protocol
• Communicates patient information effectively to the care team
• Adheres to infection control and safety policies, including PPE
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with hospital policies
