Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-related criteria.
• Ensure safe patient outcomes through practice and judgment.
• Communicate with patients and nursing staff about status and care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and PI activities.
• Support care transitions from admission to discharge.
