Qualifikationen

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of one of the following: CNA, Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician program or Fundamentals of Nursing program; HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program; or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong sense of accountability, teamwork and dedication to high-quality care.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care and support under RN supervision.
• Document vital signs, collect specimens, venipuncture, and assist with labs.
• Assist with patient transport, admissions prep, and daily activities.
• Participate in unit PI activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure equipment readiness and maintain safety and cleanliness of patient areas.
