Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of one listed patient care or nursing assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, strong accountability, teamwork and patient-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision to achieve outcomes.
• Assist with patient assessment, comfort, safety and satisfaction.
• Perform measurements and document vital signs and specimens as directed.
• Assist with EKGs, phlebotomy and specimen transport per policy.
• Maintain environment, supply checks and equipment readiness.
