• Document vital signs and notify RN of abnormal results.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens as directed.
• Assist with patient meal service and hygiene care.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready for patient care.
• Support interdisciplinary team in care plan from admission to discharge.
