Qualifications

• Record vital signs, intake/outtake, and care interventions in the patient chart.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and assist with meals, mobility, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with RNs and other staff to support care plans and patient comfort.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of unit equipment and adhere to privacy rules.
