Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in a health care setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CA DPH) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required if in LA area; renewal within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Assist with patient care tasks per RN direction and plan of care.
• Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and environment.
• Assist with meals/feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
• Document care provided, including vitals and intake/output.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and health care staff.
