Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo in Kokomo, IN, is hiring for an Emergency Department Patient Care Technician responsible for basic clinical and non-clinical patient care under supervision, including helping with movement and activities of daily living.

You will report findings to nursing staff, keep rooms clean and equipment ready, and document necessary records. A BLS certification within 30 days of hire and a high school diploma equivalency (or 1 year of related experience) are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
