Qualifikationen

• Completion of state recognized CNA program or equivalent nursing education.
• BSN students at VCU/MCV may qualify with sophomore year completed.
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing acceptable for eligibility.
• EMT or medical assistant programs accepted.
• 1 year MA or care partner/military corpsman experience in last 3 years.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of RN or licensed practitioner.
• Functions under direction of supervisor when providing care and solving problems.
• May handle medication access and related supplies as required.
• Care Partners work all shifts, weekends and holidays; schedules set with Nurse/Practice Manager.
