Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR or in-house certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per individualized care plans directed by a Registered Nurse.
• Prepare patients for treatment and procedures.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Record vital signs, weights, and specimen collection; document in EMR.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, repositioning, and daily living activities.
• Transport patients to tests and procedures and report changes to the nurse.
