• Assists RN in implementing care plans and ensures patient safety.
• Reports changes in patient condition to RN promptly.
• Transports patients and supports lifting and ambulation.
• Restocks supplies and maintains clean patient areas.
• Seeks learning opportunities and participates in in-service education.
