Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls within 10 minutes and assist RN as needed.
• Take vitals, daily weight, I&O, and basic measurements as directed.
• Support patient hygiene, mobility, meals, and safety on the unit.
• Document all care provided and communicate changes to the RN/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean patient rooms and proper operation of equipment.
