Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) within 30 days of hire (required in LA City).

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient call within 10 minutes and anticipate needs.
• Document all care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist with meals, ambulation, and mobility; transfer patients as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized patient environment and equipment.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN/Charge Nurse.
• Collaborate with RN at shift start and throughout for patient care and data collection.
