Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, feeding, mobility) and respond to patient/family requests.
• Document patient care findings and report changes promptly to the licensed nurse.
• Assist on telemetry and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety.
• Transport medications on the unit and support health unit coordination as needed.
• Maintain unit supplies and participate in care planning under delegation.
