Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs hourly rounding.
• Clerical duties: chart order, phones, entry of physician orders in Meditech.
• Coordinate patient flow with the charge nurse to maintain inter-department communication.
• Assist with patient care and non-patient care tasks as assigned by RN.
• Assist with patient/family teaching as appropriate.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; document in Meditech as needed.
• Enter daily outpatient and observation room charges.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
