Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an acute care setting or nursing student currently enrolled.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vitals, intake/output, height, weight, and glucose as directed, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Support patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform finger-stick glucose testing as directed.
• Maintain infection control and proper PPE and communicate effectively with the care team.
