Job summary

Community Health Systems is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support RN/LPN staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, measurements, and maintaining a safe care environment.

The incumbent will document vital signs, support mobility, and help with meals and hygiene while following infection control and safety protocols. CNA/CPCT certifications are preferred and BCLS within 90 days of hire.
