Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Collect and record vital signs and other patient data; report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support meals, bathing, grooming, and bathroom needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to PPE protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement and risk management initiatives.
