ClearSky Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct bedside care under Registered Nurse supervision, delivering compassionate, non-invasive support and upholding our patient-first values.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, vital signs, intake/output, safety, and preparing rooms; maintaining cleanliness; documenting care; and coordinating with nursing staff to respond to patient needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care including bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and proper body mechanics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct bedside care under RN supervision.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and other patient data.
• Assist in preparing rooms and beds for admissions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient areas.
• Promptly respond to patient and family requests and coordinate with nursing staff.
