Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age and needs, under RN supervision.
• Communicate patient status and care with the health care team.
• Assist in patient safety initiatives and care planning from admission to discharge.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens as directed.
• Take vital signs and document findings in patient record.
• Support unit operations and patient comfort as needed.
