Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Communicate with patients and health care team regarding patient status.
• Promote patient safety, comfort and satisfaction.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Contribute to unit PI activities.
• Support nursing staff in patient care tasks as needed.
