Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data including vital signs and intake/output.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming and elimination needs.
• Assists with mobility and positioning using walkers, crutches, canes, and wheelchairs.
• Collects samples and performs basic monitoring (e.g., glucose) and reports results to RN/LPN/LVN.
