Job summary

Ascension in Salem, IN is seeking a part-time/day shift Healthcare Support role within Diagnostic Cardiology. You will assist with patient movement and daily living activities, report any changes to nursing staff, and maintain cleanliness and equipment in patient rooms.

This role may transition to full-time hours based on staffing needs. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year of related experience, with BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

• BLS certification required: obtained within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• High School diploma or equivalent or 1 year of related experience required.
• Licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
