Job summary

Ascension is seeking a PRN Day shift caregiver at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa. You will perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care under supervision, aid movement and placement, and assist with daily living activities.

You will report changes to nursing staff, keep rooms clean, and help maintain equipment. A High School diploma or GED, or 1 year of related experience, and completing BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care under supervision.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED or 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
