DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Patient Care Technician's Main Objective:

Overall, the Patient Care Technician is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring:

• Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Visits are completed accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols at all times
• Patient screening, enrollment and retention activities are executed focus and follow-through
• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
• Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
• Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication

• 1+ years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset
• Helpful experience may include: Exposure to healthcare, patient care, or clinical trials (nurse, medical assistant, or medical scribe experience is ideal!); comfort with clinical documentation and charting; experience with blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs

Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ hrs

Location: On-site, with equal presence in our Charleston and Mt Pleasant clinics

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
