Job summary

DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver excellent care and a positive experience for participants in our clinical trials. This temporary, full-time role is based on-site in Town and Country, MO and Wildwood, MO, for about six months with potential extension.

You will support day-to-day study visits, assist with uploads and paperwork, keep activities organized, follow study protocols, and collaborate with team members to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; hands-on clinical training or experience considered.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
• Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
• Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Please Note: This is a temporary, full-time position slated to last for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Patient Care Technician's

Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients. Overall, our research team will:

• Support day-to-day study visits and blinded trial activities.
• Assist the study team with uploads, paperwork, and other required documentation.
• Help keep study activities organized and moving efficiently during screening, enrollment, and ongoing participant visits.
• Coordinate closely with team members and respond to changing study priorities.
• Follow study protocols, clinic procedures, and applicable research requirements.
• Take on additional study support tasks as delegated by the team.

Skills needed to win:

• Flexibility, positivity, and a team-first approach is necessary in this role. We value excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• At least one year of professional work experience in customer service, patient care, or other healthcare environment is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; candidates with relevant hands‑on clinical training or experience, including Medical Assistants or LPNs, may also be considered.
• Clinical experience is great, but we also welcome candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong judgment and a willingness to learn.
• Dependability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, limited term engagement.
