Qualifications

• Ability to work in Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine settings

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy and point of care testing when certified
• Complete lab paperwork and EMR entries for specimens
• Maintain equipment and clean examination rooms
• Coordinate records and patient flow
• Assist providers with exams and testing
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Document patient history, assessment findings, and procedures
• Register patients accurately in the EMR
• Support team to improve provider efficiency during shifts
