Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for PCT I.
• PCT II may require enrollment in nursing or healthcare-related field or active healthcare credential.
• CNA or CMA certification from an accredited institution is an acceptable credential.

Responsibilities

• Support decentralized patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Perform multi-skilled tasks to assist in patient care and achieve outcomes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient care tasks as directed.
