Job summary

Lutheran Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in acute care or current nursing program preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CPCT or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collect and record patient data including vital signs and intake/output; report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and positioning; use mobility aids as needed.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team; adhere to safety protocols.
