Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct care to patients on the unit with age-appropriate care.
• Monitor patients' conditions and relay updates to the health care team.
• Record admissions data, vital signs and other patient information per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment to support care delivery.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic patient needs.
