Job summary

Independence Health System in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Tech - 1D to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the RN or LPN. You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, document care data, monitor intake and output, and help maintain a safe and clean patient environment, including equipment and supplies.

• Respond to call lights and inquiries from patients and families promptly.
• Collect, document and report ongoing patient care data as directed.
• Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe environment; participate in performance improvement activities.
