Allina Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide basic direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. You will take vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and support clerical tasks to ensure smooth unit operation.

The role supports a 0.6 FTE schedule (48 hours per two-week pay period) with 8- and 12-hour day/evening shifts and every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following: 18 years of age OR 17 with high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of CNA program OR nursing assistant academy OR valid CNA/NREMT certification (hire).

Responsabilités

• Observes, collects, and documents health status data as assigned.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Performs clerical duties and assists with patient registration.
• Protects patients and staff by following safe transfer procedures and reporting hazards.
