Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings. You will enter intake data, assist with pre- and post-procedure activities, and support nursing and providers while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. You will manage EMR documentation, patient flow, and equipment setup, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake information and provider orders into EMR.
• Assist in pre-op, recovery, and discharge processes.
• Assist with medical forms and patient information collection.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA standards.
• Support patient flow and scheduling accuracy.
• Assist with equipment setup, sterile field, and instrument handling.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare staff professionally.
