Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Record patient data and vital signs and report to nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Answer call lights promptly and coordinate with nursing staff and transport patients.
• Maintain unit records, admissions, discharges, and physician call lists.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and relay messages to the care team.
• Stock supplies, run errands and support area clean-up and organization.
