Job summary

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse/physician during examinations, treatments and procedures as requested.
• Assist with patient admission, discharge and transfer.
• Prepare patients for transportation and assist with equipment and supplies.
• Document clinically relevant findings in the patient’s record according to hospital protocols.
• Support patient care tasks and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
