Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under supervision of the nurse, assisting with ADLs and Vital signs.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists with patient and family education; maintains accurate documentation of care.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment for patient needs.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
