Job summary

Christian Hospital is seeking a CNA to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, documenting care, and contributing to a safe, healing environment. This position requires a CNA license and a High School Diploma or GED, with shifts overnight and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license is required.
• Nights shift 7pm-7:30am.
• Experience not required or minimal is acceptable depending on department policies.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse and supports activities of daily living.
• Collects vital signs and assists with intake/output and essential monitoring.
• Documents patient care activities with correct terminology and reports changes to the nurse.
• Supports patient safety and participates in daily care routines and family education as needed.
