Job summary

By The Bay Health is seeking a Patient Care Support Services Assistant to join our team on-site in Sonoma. The role supports the Patient Care Support Services Manager by maintaining patient records and providing administrative support in line with policies and regulations.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional travel to the Larkspur office as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to ensure quality patient care and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year’s experience performing clerical/administrative tasks, preferably in health care.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from patients, caregivers and staff to route to proper staff.
• Audit patient records using Epic, Excel and PCSS Admit reports to ensure accuracy.
• Distribute interoffice mail and facilitate outgoing mail via USPS.
• Assist PCSS Manager on special projects as requested.
