Job summary

You will perform tasks including assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring, transport, documentation, answering phones, and basic clerical duties.

Qualifications

• High School graduation and two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct/Indirect Patient Care in inpatient services: rounds, hygiene, meals, vital signs, escorting patients, and documenting findings.
• Outpatient services: assist with patient intake and discharge and provide clerical support for medical records.
• Administrative support including answering phones/doors, registering admissions, verifying eligibility, and documenting in Apex and Psych Consult.
• Escort admissions to units, assist nurses, and manage patient valuables.
• Maintain cleanliness of emergency equipment and support safety policies.
