Job summary

You will maintain data and produce reports to support staffing decisions, working with care teams to deliver timely, high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Post high school vocational/specialized training preferred.
• Three years related experience preferably within a medical and/or research environment.
• Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
• Maintain effective and diplomatic working relationships with staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing for patient care areas, develops schedules, processes approved vacation and holiday time, and covers sick calls.
• Manages per-diem staff, cancellations, and floating of staff based on competencies and certifications.
• Maintains data, records, and statistical reporting to support staffing efforts.
• Provides accurate, reliable, courteous and timely services to customers and colleagues.
• Collaborates with care providers to deliver high-quality care and supports performance improvement activities.
