Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is required.
• Post high school vocational/specialized training is preferred.
• Three years related experience in medical/research environment is desirable.
• Maintain effective and diplomatic working relationships with staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for patient care areas, including scheduling and vacation processing.
• Receive and cover sick calls, approve per-diem staffing adjustments, and float staff as needed.
• Maintain data, records, and statistical reporting for staffing activities.
• Collaborate with care teams to support timely and quality patient care.
