TVG-Medulla, LLC seeks a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. You’ll receive paid virtual and hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow a meaningful healthcare career.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting doctors, scheduling, updating records, and promoting patient wellness. We welcome diverse backgrounds and offer a 4-day work week with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments can translate well to this position.
• What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a ‘Wow’ in-person patient experience.

Whetheryou'rean entry-level candidate beginning your career, an experienced professional looking for a new opportunity, or already working in healthcare,we welcome a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. • Starting at $20/hour with a path to get you to $22within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-12:00pm; 2:30pm-7:30pm. One Friday per quarter 8am-10am.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates from high school, technical/vocational programs, community colleges, and four-year colleges are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in healthcare, kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, fitness, wellness, or other people-focused careers.
